Fun at the Discovery Museum

Indy and I went to the Discovery Museum  to give Am some quiet time to study.  Lots of fun.  He climbed the highest he's been in the cloud climber thing. See...

And Indy got to meet the host of National Geographic's Monster Fish and fellow UNR alum, Zeb Hogan.  Indy made sure Dr. Hogan got all the fish

Date Night

Am and I had a grown up night.  We went to a charity fundraiser, and Indy got to sleep over at grandpa and grandma's. The fundraiser is called Fantasies in Chocolate.  Lots of fancy costumes and really good chocolate themed treats.  Here's the evidence:

Pumpkin Patch

To celebrate the state of Nevada, we headed to Andelin Farms with Chet and company. We rode a hayride, saw two emus, and played in a hay bale maze.

They had a shed full of corn kernels, like a giant sandbox.  We took a few home in his shoes.

Art hour

Indy loves Anna!   He says her name every time we are around anything Frozen related.  I saw some paint kits at the dollar store and picked them up to get in some art time this week.

Donuts

Indy and I had to get up early and go grocery shopping.  I told him he could have powdered donuts if he was good.  This says it all...

A boy and his trucks and towel

Indy sleeps with his construction trucks each night and lately wants to wear his towel around after his bath.  I think he thinks it is a cape.  He will not let us take it off and he falls asleep like this most nights, now there is usually a baseball in there as well.  I keep trying to push stuffed toys but he is a decided young man.
